This Cookie Policy explains how Go Regulatory Ltd (company number 17430980), registered at Homelands, Rock Hill, Orpington, United Kingdom, BR6 7PP ("we", "us", "our"), uses cookies and similar storage technologies on the GORA AI platform. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Some information is instead stored using your browser's local storage rather than a cookie file — we've noted this below where it applies. Both are used only to make the platform work for you; neither is used to build an advertising profile.
GORA AI uses a small, fixed set of essential and functional cookies, plus optional analytics cookies that are only set if you choose "Allow analytics". We do not use advertising, marketing, social media, or cross-site tracking cookies.
| Name | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| gora-ai-demo-session | Strictly necessary | Keeps you authenticated between page loads so you aren't logged out while using the workspace. | Session |
| gora-consent-v2 | Strictly necessary (local storage) | Remembers whether you chose "Allow analytics" or "Essential only" so we don't ask again. | Until you change it |
| ph_<project>_posthog | Analytics (optional) | Set by PostHog (EU-hosted) only if you allow analytics. Distinguishes visits so we can see which features are used. No text or form entries are recorded. | 1 year |
| gora-target-date | Functional | Saves your regulatory submission target date so your workspace timeline is restored on your next visit. | 1 year |
| gora-claude-api-key | Functional (local storage) | Stores your own Anthropic API key in your browser's local storage if you choose to add one. It is never transmitted to our servers. | Until you clear it |
These cookies are required for the platform to function — for example, keeping you signed in and remembering your cookie consent choice. Because they're essential, they can't be switched off in our systems, though you can block them in your browser (this may break login and other core features).
These remember choices you've made — such as your target submission date or a locally stored API key — so your workspace feels consistent across visits. Blocking these won't stop you signing in, but you'll lose the saved preference.
If you choose "Allow analytics", PostHog (hosted in the EU) measures how the platform is used — for example which features are opened — linked to an anonymous ID. Page text and anything you type are masked and never recorded. Choose "Essential only", or change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the platform, and no analytics code is loaded.
We use Sentry (hosted in the EU) to detect errors. It does not set cookies; when an error occurs it sends technical details with personal data removed.
We don't set marketing or advertising cookies or social media cookies, and we don't share cookie data with ad networks or marketing partners.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor Stripe may set its own cookies during checkout and billing to prevent fraud and manage your payment session. Stripe acts as an independent controller for this purpose — see Stripe's Privacy Policy for details. We don't control these cookies and they aren't set on pages where you're only browsing the platform.
Most browsers let you view, delete, or block cookies through their settings. You can also clear your browser's local storage to remove the locally stored API key at any time. Because our strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in, blocking them will affect your ability to use the platform.
We may update this Cookie Policy if the cookies we use change. We'll update the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, let you know via the platform or by email.
